The Proper Perspective

"For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against

those who do evil."

1Peter 3:12

Christians are not to view God as a policeman waiting to

arrest them as lawbreakers, but a loving Father

who watches out for His children.

However, when His children misbehave He is not pleased.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom; a good understanding have all those who do His commandments; His praise endures forever."

Psalms 111:10
