Don’t Leave Home Without It

When we leave the comfort of our homes and venture out into the community and interact with others, we need to be properly clothed–not just the appropriate attire, but clothed with the following:

So, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved,

put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility,

gentleness and patience.

Colossians 3:12

Beyond all these things put on love,

which is the perfect bond of unity.

Colossians 3:14

But since we are of the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet, the hope of salvation.

1 Thessalonians 5:8
