Facing Difficult Circumstances

Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

James 1:2-4

One's faith is put to the test when trials come. May our faith not waiver by

GIVING IN

Acquiesce or compromise.

GIVING UP

Quit trying.

GIVING OVER

Join the opposition.

We need to have sufficient faith to

GIVE IT OUR ALL--

to persevere no matter what.

Then Paul answered, "What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but even to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus." And since he would not be persuaded, we fell silent, remarking, "The will of the Lord be done!"
