HUMILITY

To be humble to your superiors is obligation.

To be humble to your equals is courtesy.

To be humble to those beneath you is greatness.

"But the greatest among you shall be your servant. And whoever exalts himself shall be humbled; and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted.”

Matthew 23:11-12

Humility allows one to look up to others,

while preventing looking down on them.

Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also

for the interests of others.

Philippians 2:3-4
