Maintaining Good Health

We are told that in order to maintain good health one needs to:

exercise regularly (physical and mental)

eat wholesome food (avoid junk food)

keep a positive outlook

~~~~~~~
This is also true in maintaining good spiritual health:
exercise your faith (good thoughts and good deeds)
Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.
The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me,
practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
Philippians 4:8-9
feed on wholesome words (His word and other sources of healthy soul food)
"He who has ears to hear, let him hear."
Matthew 11:15
And He was saying to them, "Take care what you listen to."
Mark 4:24
But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness.
2 Timothy 2:16
keep a cheerful countenance
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice!
 Philippians 4:4
